Kim Kiyosaki: Why women have got finance wrong & understanding

December 2020 – Kim Kiyosaki is an outspoken advocate for female financial education, internationally renowned speaker, author of Rich Woman, entrepreneur, real estate investor since 1989 with over 7,000 properties, two hotels, four golf courses, radio talk show host and partner in the Rich Dad Company alongside her husband Robert Kiyosaki. Kim will be presenting her complimentary Rich Woman livestream seminar live across Australia this week and spoke with The Capital Network’s Lel Smits about understanding the financial freedom formula.

1. Kim wrote the Rich Woman investment book for women. Why an investment book written just for women, why not all people?

2. That conditioning and program element is really important – are there any other things women doing wrong when it comes to investment, or perhaps even better than men?

3. How have you incorporated this value into your own investment philosophy?

4. Time and money are key points, also being risk aware as you say. How does this impact your philosophy to stocks?

5. For someone who is at the start of their investment journey – what advice would you give to them?

6. For those women who are looking to advance their investments, as you are of course a very successful and experienced investor yourself – what advice has stayed with you over your years of investing?
